I'm two weeks post op and feeling great! Today I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and 10 on the bike. I did my fastest mile yet, 17 minutes. I alternated a couple minutes of walking then 1 minute of jogging. I think I may have over done it a bit, so I will take it a bit easier next week so I can heal a bit more.
I think I will try and go to aqua aerobics this week, I miss it so much!
